Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Senior FinTech Consultant to join our high performing sales team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth by selling our suite of solutions—including Payments, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and AI-powered tools— directly to clients. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule, while your performance is measured by clear monthly goals. A positive is to sell anywhere in the United States with Mainspring. This is an opportunity for motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships and closing deals within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new prospects through field visits and virtual meetings

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in Salesforce CRM

  • Generate leads through established partner channels

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Stay informed on industry developments and product updates

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience with a commission-based structure.

  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and field-based sales

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Key Competencies
  • Self-motivated and highly organized

  • Resilient "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection

  • Proven ability to close sales and leverage an existing network

  • Willingness to spend 40–50% of the time in the field

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed performance metrics

Preferred but Not Required
  • A college degree is not mandatory—we prioritize skill and experience over formal education

Compensation and Benefits

This is a 1099 commission-only role that includes:

  • Signing bonus for each closed account

  • Monthly residual commission payments

  • Eligibility for President’s Club recognition and rewards
