We saw a back office full of disconnected tools, hidden fees, and support handoffs. Then we acquired a robust time and attendance technology with a 20 year track record of building features and innovating. We modernized the experience, created a true integration with payroll, and gave customers one accountable team instead of a maze of vendors.
